The estimated total delivery time is therefore 1 to 20 working days.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, the dimensions of the parcel and the destination. These costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer, unless it is a special promotion or a special offer.

  1. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your parcel via the website of the shipping service provider or via our tracking interface. Tracking information may be updated a few hours after shipment.

  1. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. We accept no liability for delivery errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

When receiving your order, we recommend that you check the condition of the parcel before signing the delivery bill. If the parcel is damaged, please inform the shipping service provider immediately and refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept a damaged parcel, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during transportation.
